New Brew's brand involves tapping into nuanced cultural conversations. Can you describe a time when you navigated sensitive or complex topics in your creative work, and how did you ensure your approach was authentic and resonated appropriately?

I cannot recall when I had the chance to navigate such topics of conversation in my creative work. If I were to come upon such nuanced cultural conversation such as alcohol and how sometimes it is hard to avoid due to peer pressure, culture, health and identity, I would definitely talk about the difficulty of it not only as the person drinking it but maybe even my friends. Taking the chance to look at it from any perspective allows you to resonate with it properly. With New Brew, this is definelty the approach to take on it and overall hypeing people up for their decisions on drinking non-alcoholic beverages.

Tell us about a time you took initiative beyond your typical responsibilities to drive results. What motivated you, and what was the outcome? -- Are you 21 years or older?

Yes, I am 23 years old!

During my time as an assistant Karen Lazar Design, a small jewelry business, my responsibilities included minimal administrative tasks as well as pulling and packing online orders. However, I noticed that our inventory system was becoming disorganized during high-volume season. Products were often mislabled or placed in the wrong location causing confusion.

Without being asked I took the initiative to reorganized our inventory system. I created a labeling method for all the classic bracelets. We had already switched to more of a packaged inventory so I made sure to label all the packets with each size and sized bead. This allowed for a better flow when packing and pulling orders as well as more of an efficient way to find products in backstock.

What motivated me was seeing how small inefficiencies were affecting our team's productivity. This also allowed us to be more organized and efficient during high-volume season, as well as increase order accuracy.

How would you approach developing a comprehensive digital marketing campaign for a unique product like New Brew's non-alcoholic beverages?

For a unique product like New Brew's non-alcoholic beverages, I would consider the target audience, the digital markets, as well as research the market competition and what sets us as a brand apart. Developing a comprehensive digital marketing campaign for such a unique product needs to understand all the logistics and stats first to make sure the campaign reaches across various digital channels and grows with the right marketing strategies. Using the SMART method for example can allow us to have a specific framework and guide as to how to achieve each step effectively. From start like establishing our target audience, budget, to curating themes for content and the executing the perfect campaign is important to take note of therefore it is important to have a mix of strategy, creativity, as well as consumer insight!
