What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is state in which your body is performing due to your extrinsic activity. Maintaining a good wellness routine ensures that you live a long and healthy life with little to no health problems. I maintain my wellness by going to the gym 1-2 hours a day for 4 days out of the week where i lift heavy weights. I also eat in a caloric surplus in an attempt to put on more weight.
