One idea for a Sacheu event on campus is to host a “Self-Care and Snack Break” pop-up during a busy time like midterms or finals week. This event would provide students with relaxing, wellness-focused activities such as mini hand massages, quick mindfulness exercises, and healthy snack samples featuring Sacheu products. By combining stress relief with tasty, nutritious treats, the event would offer both a moment of calm and an introduction to Sacheu’s brand. Partnering with student organizations and promoting the event through social media would help maximize attendance and create a positive, memorable experience tied to wellness and self-care.

I’m actively involved in Alpha Chi Omega Sorority, where I’ve developed strong leadership and teamwork skills. I’m also a member of the Undergraduate Student Occupational Therapy Association, which has deepened my understanding of healthcare and patient advocacy. Additionally, I contribute as a marketer for Spoon University, creating engaging content that connects with a wide audience. Outside of these roles, I volunteer with a health literacy initiative focused on designing infographics to support minority communities, combining my passion for health and effective communication.
