How do you ensure your online reviews are genuine and impactful?
Online reviews are like modern day storytelling. You have to be honest and use feedback that actually carries weight. The review must feel authentic and in turn influential. Using impactful language and focusing on details that people reading the review may want to know is key. I used to write reviews in my language class which displayed to my just how impactful the language used in a review can affect the decision to buy the goods or use the service.
