People learn best when they’re actively involved. Instead of simply delivering information, a successful training process encourages participants to get hands-on and interact with the content. How would you go about finding quality content creators for our brand?
I would specify clearly what I am looking for in collaborations and ask for sample videos, their TikTok handles and previous video links to determine their genre and reach. I would also interview them on their motivavtion to engage in this collaboration and how they plan to succeed in it. This had been a go-to strategy for recruiting my earlier creators and it worked great. I believe it would work here as well

I am extroverted person who loves to socialise and attend events. I also love travelling. I am confident in managing a group of creators because I have previously managed a group of content developers during my internship and they were a mixed bunch
