Can you describe a time when you had to analyze feedback data to derive actionable insights?
I was a supervisor at my summer job last summer and analyzed an anonymous feedback survey that was provided by the employees. I was able to identify the positive aspects that they were enjoying and the things they wished were fixed and from that data, worked on making improvements.

How do you approach gathering feedback from a diverse group of student participants?
I would begin by making them feel welcomed and engaged. I would ask them about where they are from and what made them find HFC. I would then ask what positives they have experienced and what are some things they wish were a bit different, all while maintaining a positive attitude.

have you created tiktoks in the past?
I have created TikToks a lot. I used to post about 3 videos a week, however I don't post as much anymore. Either way, I make a lot of videos and put them in my drafts and love to stay updated on the latest trends.
