How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?

Gen Z as a generation is quite conscious of their image in their social circles. According to my interactions with my Gen Z peers, I find the future of labour jobs to be quite uncertain. I do not think most people are keen on the prospect of doing the grunt work which actually runs our society as we know it. They are talented but the passion and drive for success isn't polished yet. I think that Gen Z would require solid mentorship which moulds them as individuals. A recommendation for companies to attract Gen Z for work is to promote a helpful environment as interns and then mentor them, so they can do the work as the company requires. The work-life balance is also vital, wherever possible try to break the 9 to 5, by flexible work hours but without compromising the work ethic and deadlines.
