What is a Brand you'd like to see on HFC?
I would love to see more independent businesses in the hospitality and restaraunt space on HFC. Brands like NoHo Hopsitality in New York for example. There is a such a great opportunity to freelance creative marketing in this space as well as to work with event teams in the variety of hotel and restaraunt spaces they manage.

In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?
It is important to handle customer complaints with understanding and a willingness to listen. At the end of the day most customers just want to feel as though they are being heard and that the rep they are speaking with is knowledgeable about their problems, so a listening ear and a patient demeanor is important.
