What is 1 idea you have for generating buzz and attendance to the Peacock events surrounding the Big Ten games before the first kick off on Sep 2?

I think bringing in school spirit and connecting it to Peacock would be the best way to generate buzz on campus. Having information be accessible in the main areas on campus that connect my schools love for Big Ten football, and the new way to stream it would bring attention. So having banners or displays on University Ave or by our Memorial Union including our football team and peacock/any events would draw attention from the tens of thousands of students on those areas of campus everyday.

You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?

If I don't like the product, I would continue to test out the product for a few days to see if my opinion changes. If I continue to dislike the product, I would contact the member of the team over-seeing my group of product testers and make them aware of my stance. If allowed I would continue with the gig and write a review with my honest opinion making sure to include the pros and cons to the product. If I was asked to leave the gig, I would create a review of what sparked my dislike in the product and send that in as well so they still have my input.

What's the most important aspect when managing a brand's image and when building the brand's social media presence?

The most important aspect when managing a brand's image is to make sure the image represents the company and everything they stand for. The social media needs reflect the values and innovations of the company. When building a brand's social media presence the most important aspect is to create awareness of the brand whether than be through viral videos, top comments on posts, or through spread from other users on the platform.
