What's the most important aspect when managing a brand's image and when building the brand's social media presence?
having consistent messaging is the most important thing. This should carry across the website, social media, and any other forms of publicity. With Seed and Stone, that should include the ethical mission and aesthetic of the brand so consumers feel as though they are a part of the brand's story.

What's one creative strategy you have to amplify the Youthforia voice and build a strong relationship with the Gen Z community?
I think the socials could benefit from more process videos, making it so consumers can see the products in action, especially on people with more realisitic skin types. Less "aspirational" more attainable.
