Imagine you have a limited budget and resources to promote As I Am on campus. What innovative strategy or event would you propose to create maximum impact and engagement?
With limited resources on a college campus I would say reach out to people that have a big face on campus. Allow them to try the products and promote those products. Reaching out to sororities and women's groups on campus to get it out to as many women as possible on campus.
As I Am celebrates natural beauty and empowerment. How do your personal values align with our brand's mission, and how would you convey this alignment in your role as a Campus Ambassador?
I would say that my values are that everyone is different. Not all products work for different types of hair types. Being able to find products that work well for women and their hair type is most important.
Describe a time when you encountered a diversity or inclusion challenge related to natural hair or beauty standards on campus. How did you address it, and what was the outcome?
A time when I encountered a diversity or inclusion challenge related to natural hair is when girls have talked about their different types of hair they and figuring out what products works best for them. The outcome was girls sharing products they recommend for different hair types.
