In your opinion, which brand is crushing it on social media right now?

Quest Nutrition I see everywhere on my social media platforms. Not only have they expanded from their most well known product of their protein chips, they have started to integrate give aways and more advertising that I would argue boosted their platform in a short amount of time for a small amount of change using a product that meets many consumers desired wants (protein packed, an excellent snacking crispy chip, colorful display, several flavors, lower calorie.)

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?

My wellness has become more for me than just my physical state, it has become my emotional and mental state as well. With that, how you physically take care of your body is still critically important. In order to maintain my personal wellness, I choose to be active almost every day, whether that be weightlifting, Pilates, a walk or a run. All movement is valuable, and so is what you consume. Fueling your body with complex carbohydrates, simple fats and protein is so important, but having a balance of healthy and a treat once in awhile is key to maintaining any healthy lifestyle. The balance also applies in social aspects, although it’s important to keep my physical wellbeing, my social and emotional is also important and making sure I allow downtime for myself and time for friends and fun within a busy schedule is paramount.
