When working in a part of my club the 'Student Alliance for Inclusivity and Diversity', my feedback to include examples and interactive portions of our educational seminars for teachers greatly increased the engagement, and hence the turnout of our events due to the relevance and targeted information provided to teachers. Additionally, my suggestion of including Chinese culture directed examples helped to better integrate teachers who were interested, but faced a language barrier with the initial 'all-English' mode of presentation.

I tend to view the product through the eyes of a first time consumer with no prior knowledge of the product. This way, the difficulties of product usage can be quickly identified. Additionally, I compare products to similar products that I am familiar with, allowing me to identify common shortcomings, and additional aspects/elements to consider when comparing to products in a similar field and or market.

I do not have an apple music subscription, instead I use Spotify.
