Which athlete or athlete(s) do you think do best job on social media & why?

Athletes who show that they aren't just well known athletes, they are also regular human beings too. You can take soccer player Sydney Leroux as an example. Sydney provides content on normal day to day things, which helps followers relate to her more and realize that normal life problems don't just disappear when you are a famous athlete. She shows how she still has to deal with wrinkles, taking her kids to practices, buying groceries, or doing laundry.

Name two of your core values.

-Acceptance: accepting things as they are is very important, it helps you understand the situations and how to adapt to what you are given. Not everything is exactly as you dream it to be or expect, you have to accept the outcome and find the good in it. -Bravery: Fear is your biggest hurdle in life. It stops you from making decisions that could benefit you just because you are scared of the outcome. With just a little bravery you can push yourself to make even the smallest choices that could open you up to many outcomes you didn't even know were possible all because the fear you had made you focus on one bad one.

Why do you like sports?

Sports allow you to connect with people you might never outside of them, whether its culturally, locationally, or just personality related. They teach you how to become physically and mentally stronger and how to overcome adversity. Sports can also be an outlet to let emotions out instead of continuing to carry them.
