What does your meditation and/or breathwork practice look like?
I do a lot of breathwork and meditation at night because that’s when I tend to get anxious and it really helps me clear my mind and fall asleep. I like guided meditations on YouTube a lot because I’m admittedly a little new to it, but my therapist suggested it and it’s done wonders for me. I like to do box breathing as well, that especially helps me get to sleep.

Share one creative way to build a community around Open on your campus.
Having studios on campuses where students can practice mindfulness and meditation together and hosting classes on campus for students would be a great way to build a campus community around Open. It would also be really cool to host self care and meditation events, especially around midterms and finals. That way, students can decompress together during stressful times and even pick up some Open swag!
