You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
If the product is found unappealing, I'd proceed adding honest feedback while implementing suggestions of what a customer might want to see, making it enjoyable. Emailing the company through their Customer Support team to notify how to improve this product as well as the reasons I dislike it would be involved in the course of taking action.
