Baton Market
SDR for Head of Growth
What's a time when you failed at something but through grit and determination became successful at it?
When I was sixteen, I failed my driver’s license test. I was devastated and humiliated as all my peers had their licenses. I wanted to give up and never go back, although I knew how hard I had worked to get to this place, I had even earned enough money to pay for my own car. With my grit and determination, I practiced driving everyday for the following weeks and aced my final test. I am now proud to say that I have had my license for over two years and I have had the privilege of being available for many opportunities that wouldn’t have been there if I would have given up.
