When reviewing podcast content, I listen for clarity, flow and engagement I pay attention to whether the conversation feels natural, if the pacing keeps the listeners interest and whether the audio quality supports an easy listening experience. I also look out for how well the content delivers and its purpose, whether it informs entertains are sparks thought while making sure it's concise and free from unnecessary distractions.

I approach providing constructive feedback by focusing on being clear, respectful and solution oriented. I usually start acknowledging what the person did well to create a positive base, then I share specific areas for improvement making sure to focus on the behaviour or outcome rather than the person themselves. I also try to frame feedback in a way that feels supportive offering suggestions are ideas that could have them improve.
