How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I am extremely passionate about accountability and responsibility. As someone who has led teams in the past, both in creating basic group projects to creating slide decks in pitching ideas to start-ups, I am a natural leader who isn't afraid to set some consequences. First, by ensuring each team member is committed from the start and is radically honest with how much time they can contribute, projects can run smoothly with frequent check-ins and performance evaluations.
