I stay updated by spending dedicated time daily on TikTok and Instagram not just scrolling, but studying. I track trending audios, viral formats, and creator content that’s performing well. I also follow trend alert accounts, check the Discover page, and save ideas in folders to adapt quickly for the brands I work with. Staying consistent and observing what hooks people within the first 3 seconds helps me stay ahead.
