How would you explain functional mushrooms to someone who’s never heard of them… without sounding boring?

They’re like nature’s version of a supplement that are made from real mushrooms instead of lab-made ingredients. People take them to boost energy, stay focused, or support their immune system, but it’s all-natural, no synthetic stuff.

Describe a time you’ve created content that educated your audience about a product or ingredient — how did you keep it fun and relatable?

I was part of a team that was promoting a bar/club near campus. It was not necessarily a product, but it was an experience. As a student myself, I used that to my advantage in promoting events. For example, if I knew that week was especially exam heavy I would emphasize that in my story posts ( “The best way to unwind after midterms” “exams are over, come have a drink!” Etc. ). Keeping it relatable to the audience is so important when it comes to engagement, and I knew most of the customer base for that bar were college students so I kept that in mind with promotions.

What’s a creative way you’d showcase adding FreshCap mushroom Supplements into your daily routine in a video? What is your wellness routine?

As far as engagement, I would start the video with an appealing breakfast recipe and incorporate the supplement in the meal itself. Afterwards I can go either to the gym or on a hike still finishing the supplements for more screen time and talk about how much better they make my daily activities. My personal wellness routine is very simple; good and healthy food to start the day, and then movement as soon as possible whether that’s walking my dog or going to the gym.
