What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me, wellness means being in good health, whatever that may look like for you. Good health may look different for everyone. I don’t play for a team anymore but every now and then, I will play basketball and with my friends. Also, I try to make sure I am eating well balanced meals.

Converse & Crocs. I love Converse high top shoes a lot, I even have my own little collection. I love Crocs because they are comfortable and easy to put on.
