A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?

I would begin by apologizing and acknowledging the customer's dissatisfaction. Afterwards, I would investigate the issue to fully understand it. This is so I could provide a specific and helpful solution, offer to move the conversation to private channels if needed, and maintain a concise and professional tone throughout my response. After resolving the problem, I would follow up to ensure the customer's satisfaction.

How do you stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into your content?

The honest answer is that I am a content consumer! I am on my phone, socials, and apps as much as anyone else. However, my social media brain automatically analyzes other companies’ content, copy, and trends. Being that I am interested in many areas (fashion, marketing, art, social media), I am always thinking of ways to mix different trends with different industries. Building a content calendar that includes trending topics that experiment with new formats will keep your content fresh and aligned with emerging trends!
