Interview Questions
Inner Journey: Mental Clarity
Campus Brand Ambassador

What are you involved with on campus that would be relevant to this position?
I’m actively involved in several campus groups that align perfectly with this position. Being part of the Biology Club and Minority Association of Pre-health Students keeps me connected to peers who are passionate about health and wellness, which ties directly into mental fitness and wellness. My involvement with the Pre Alumni Association and Girl Get Up University shows my commitment to leadership and empowering others, while Phi Beta Lambda Business Fraternity Incorporated helps me develop organizational and communication skills that would be valuable for coordinating on campus events and engaging with students. All of these experiences give me a strong foundation to contribute meaningfully as an Inner Journey ambassador.

Have you ever struggled to communicate something important to someone close to you?
Absolutely. There have been times when I’ve wanted to share how I was feeling or what I was going through, especially with people I care about, but I found it hard to find the right words or the right moment. It made me realize how important clear and compassionate communication is, especially when it comes to mental health.

Why are you interested in working with Inner Journey?
As a biology major with a strong passion for mental health and an aspiration to be a pediatric psychiatrist while, I’m really interested in working with Inner Journey because it aligns perfectly with my goals. I believe mental clarity and fitness are essential, especially for young people, and I want to make these tools accessible and relatable on campus.
