What's something out of the box that you've done in a previous role that showcased your willingness to work and flexibility?
In my previous job, I volunteered to undertake a project to help a team meet their deadline by doing something that was outside of my responsibilities. There, I showed readiness to work in a team and adapt to new challenges.

How would you handle a lack of response or rejection in a sales role?
I would try to follow up with the prospect, probably with a different approach or value proposition. If you still don't get a response, it's important to move on to other leads and not take it personally. Every rejection is an opportunity to learn.
