Do you feel stronger creating static posts (single photos or photo carousels), video content, or both? Why?
Honestly, it depends on the day. Static content can be powerful, but it’s not always the most practical for me- especially when I don’t have someone available who can take photos and see the vision. I love a strong mirror pic or detail shots, but there’s a ceiling to how far those can go on their own. Video content feels more natural and accessible. Filming an OOTD- whether I’m feeling great or not- fits seamlessly into my routine, and I love being able to look back and see my style evolve in motion. Video also captures energy, fit, and versatility in a way static sometimes can’t. That said, if selected, I’d absolutely want to create a mix of both. Static posts are great for inspiration and saving, while video content draws people in through mood, movement, and storytelling. Together, they speak to different types of consumers and create a more well-rounded content strategy.

How would you create Nuuly content in your everyday college life? Walk us through how you’d style and showcase one Nuuly rental across a full day (ex: class, errands, going out).
I’m not currently in college, but I’m shooting my shot anyway because I genuinely believe Nuuly is just as- if not more- relevant in this phase of life. I’m about a year post-grad, work at Anthropologie, live in a college town, and am still deeply immersed in the lifestyle Nuuly serves. Post-grad life comes with more outfit pressure, not less: work, social plans, weekends, events, and the constant balance between personal style, sustainability, and budget. Nuuly feels like the bridge between college experimentation and adult intentionality- you still want variety, trend access, and fun, just without the commitment of constant buying. From my perspective on the retail floor and in my own day-to-day life, I see firsthand how naturally Nuuly fits into this stage, making it both aspirational and practical. For college-specific content, I’d lean into the idea of never wearing the same outfit twice. I couldn’t afford Nuuly when I was in school—but I knew plenty of sorority girls with stacked social calendars, a competitive streak, and the means to make it work. Beyond the appeal of endless styles and avoiding outfit overlap, Nuuly solves a real problem: you don’t have to own (or store) the dress you wore to junior-year formal or the statement piece you only needed for one big game. Low commitment, high reward- and inherently more sustainable. I also see opportunities for Nuuly to integrate even more intentionally signal to campus life around high-traffic moments (formals, game days, graduation), but that’s a conversation I’d love to expand on further. I may not be in college, and I may not have 3,000 followers—but I bring perspective, proximity, and ideas worth exploring.
