What strategies would you use to keep the Discord community active and engaged?
Text often, asking people how their days were or even just try and get to know each other better, and even just ask people’s opinion on certain media (non-political)

How would you handle a conflict between community members?
I would firstly try to avoid picking sides, and then privately ask each community member to explain what had happened from their perspective. And then would overall try to squash it.
