Keeping consistent communication and laying out a plan with each member would leave no excuse for not completing tasks on time. Life is unpredictable, and if a member had a special circumstance, keeping that consistent communication will allow for no bumps in the road in content creation.

Throughout my experience as a project manager I have been responsible for over 30 projects' attention to detail. Designing projects that over 60 team members from around the world with different native languages can understand something equally, as well as appealing to an audience of all ages and locations has taught me how to be detail oriented in management.
