Interview Questions
Nuuly
Nuuly Summer Fashion-Forward Content Creator

How would you create Nuuly content in your everyday life? Walk us through how you’d style and showcase one Nuuly rental across a full day (ex: internship, vacation, going out).
I’d probably create content around a day that feels authentic to my actual lifestyle and interests, especially being someone who spends a lot of time balancing environmental research, outdoor activities, and city life in the Bay Area. For example, I could style one Nuuly rental outfit across a full day that starts with work at the lab and ends with dinner or a night out with friends. I’m currently working on seagrass ecology research through San Francisco State University, so I’d want the content to feel realistic and wearable while still stylish. I could see myself renting something versatile like relaxed wide-leg trousers, a linen button-up, or a matching set that feels polished enough for meetings and lab work but still comfortable and functional. I’d style it more casually during the day with sneakers, a tote bag, and minimal jewelry while biking or commuting to work along the waterfront or around the city. Then later in the day, I’d transition the same outfit for dinner, a concert, or drinks with friends by changing accessories, layering jewelry, swapping shoes, or adding a jacket. I think it’s fun to show how one piece can work in multiple settings without needing a completely different outfit. I’d focus on content that feels candid and lifestyle-oriented rather than overly staged — things like getting coffee before work, walking around the city, ocean views, behind-the-scenes moments from my day, and nighttime photos with friends. I think that kind of content feels relatable and shows how Nuuly pieces can fit naturally into everyday life while still feeling creative and personal.
