Can you describe a time when you had to analyze feedback data to derive actionable insights?
The best explaination was when I was a food service worker. In many cases we'd have products coming in an dout of the kitchen and it was our job to assess and adapt. After I was made supervisorI took a look at our current systems of adapting and tried to work with management to come up with better solutions in order to avoid disruptions in the workplace.

How do you approach gathering feedback from a diverse group of student participants?
I start by getting to know a bit more about the students and the ways they tend to use the app. Then I'd ask about wheat they do and don't like about the platform. I'd also ask if they had any features in mind that would benefit them in their day-to-day use of the app. I would come up with actionable strategies from there.
