Describe your food and beverage choices during the holiday season (including brands - if relevant).
My mom and i are both vegetarian so for the holidays we make roasted caramelized brussel sprouts, curried cauliflower, carrot soufflé, rosemary garlic baked tofu. For drinks, I created an oat milk espresso martini with hazelnut cold foam, and for my younger sister a muddled blueberry, lemon, and mint mocktail.
