Can you share a time when your communication skills have helped you successfully engage with a community?

A specific time that I remember where my communication skills successfully engaged with a community, was when I was my sorority's recruitment/rush chair with my other two sorority sisters. As a trio, we were expected to coordinate the whole rush week for our rushees! My two sisters and I took months to prepare and meet just for that week. When that week came, there were multiple bumps and hiccups, especially since we had underestimated how many girls were able to come. With proper communication skills between the three of us, we had decided we could have some drivers drive back to pick up rushees for the event. Although it was chaotic, with a level-head and clear constant communication, we worked through the bumps and hiccups of that week.

How would you approach promoting language learning opportunities to a diverse audience?

I would promote language learning opportunities to a diverse audience by creating exciting and challenging games for individuals. By creating exciting and challenging games, this allows the audience to want to come back to learning more about the language, especially if they're playing or answering it correctly.
