An important consideration for me would be proper and neat packaging as well as usability and how true the product is in the advertisement.

3️⃣ Can you describe your experience with natural hair care products, and how do you keep up with the latest trends that are relevant to our customers?
I have been a natural girl my entire life. My hair is thick, long, and really curly so before I got the hang of taking care of my hair I would bounce between products that I saw other people using. But now that I know how to take care of my hair I only stick to a small subset of products. However, I still keep up with what new products people are using by browsing tiktok and mainly YouTube, because they have a large natural hair community.

2️⃣ How would you handle a situation where a customer in Target, Walmart, or Sally Beauty has a complex question about their curly hair needs, and how our As I Am products can meet them?
I would ask them about their hair routine as well as porosity and texture. Some As I am products like jellies work better on certain hair textures and porosities and the same goes for butters from As I am.
