How would you naturally include a message about mental health education in your content?
I would talk about my struggles with seasonal depression during the winter, correlate the coldness to the ice cream, I post about it on my private story, a group of my friends picks me up and takes me to get ice cream because they know I have been going through it. Boom. We have a chat and I feel just a bit better.

Nope! 1.3k on Instagram and 300 on TikTok. I will say, I am not super active posting TikToks, and I also don't have it linked to my Instagram account. I definitely could gain more traction before the gig!
