How will you ensure all participants of our GIGs are Completing their deliverables on time?
To start, I would make it very clear during onboarding in the beginning that deadlines are not negotiable, and will check in with participants via the messaging system on Home From College (or email if necessary) leading up to the deadline to make sure things are moving along properly. Of course if anyone has questions or needs help throughout I'd also be more than happy to inform and help them to ensure the content gets created on time!
