What was the most successful piece of content you created? How did you define its "Success"?
The most successful piece of content I have personally created was a profile piece I wrote for CIBC. It was exploring themes of feeling out of place, and the immigrant experience. Not only did it get excellent feedback, reach, and comments from people in the bank who couldn't relate- but I also got a lot of stories from people who were touched because they could relate. Getting good reach is a plus- but my version of success is creating something that makes people feel seen. That is what I remember the most.

Write 1-2 sentences about a memorable fortune cookie experience.
My most memorable fortune cookie experience was after coming back from travelling for over a year, anxious to get back into a routine and begin a "normal" life again. It told me to see more of the world- ironic.

Can you share an example of content that you strategizeD, created, posted and Measured?
I would measure content I was posting when I was working at a start-up marketing agency. We would play with monthly themes and aesthetics, moodboarding in order to come up with a vision for that era of the business. After the month was over we would measure which themes got the most reach and engagement, and would implement those going forward. We would use the internal Instagram business system.
