Part of being a teaching assistant was providing honest feedback on the students’ performance to the lead teacher. I also consistently report honest feedback to my WECE club’s E-Board president.

Being an electrical engineering student, I have a lot of experience juggling school, work and campus clubs. Despite my many commitments, I have been able to maintain a consistently good GPA.

How would you design engaging focus group sessions or 1:1 INTERVIEWS with youth and parents to gather valuable insights? Please describe any experience doing so.
Since I have been a tutor and mentor for all grades, I have experience conversing with youth and their parents regarding their performance. I would make sure to note their reactions and concerns closely and ask effective yet thoughtful questions.
