What are the tools and / or advice that you learned as a teen that has supported you in your success?
go to therapy and focus on yourself. it is okay to be selfish sometimes. advocate for yourself and don’t let others tell you what you know. have people in your life who want you to achieve your goals but also make sure that you experience life too
