Tell us about a meal from the past year that you absolutely loved.
I went to Mexico for a vacation and went to simple looking sushi restaurant, but it was some of the best sushi I have ever had. One roll in particular had black rice dipped in squid ink with salmon and cream cheese and it was absolutely beautiful, probably the best sushi roll I have ever had.

Lately I have really been enjoying BeReal, it feels like what snapchat used to be. I can share a picture of my day just with friends I care about.

I really didn't have enough tools at my disposal besides help from friends and family, so I think this is a fantastic idea.
