<p>My time at Cornell has offered a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between labor, management, and public policy frameworks. Specializing in business law, I gained direct insight into how laws govern business operations and employee relations through classes like "Psychology and Sociology of Work" and "Foundations of Diversity." My focus on marketing allowed me to explore the strategies businesses use to reach consumers, understand market dynamics, and the importance of brand positioning in classes like "Globalized Markets in the 21st Century," "The Rise of China and India," and "Business and Corporate Strategy." This interdisciplinary appraoch equipped me with perspective on this great intersection, preparing me to tackle challenges creatively and effectively in any work environment.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Boston University offered a wonderful year of deep engagement with the complexities of political systems and the impact of policy-making on society. This experience honed my analytical and critical thinking skills, allowing me to understand the minute nuances of governance and public administration. As my career interests evolved, however, I decided to transfer to Cornell University to pursue a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, seeking a more direct application of my interest in law, business, and the dynamics of the workplace.&nbsp;</p>
