How would you onboard your peers onto a new platform?

If I were onboarding my peers onto a new platform, I’d focus on making it feel natural, social, and worth their time. On a college campus, people don’t join things just because they’re told to—they join because they see others using it and enjoying it. I’d start by using it myself and sharing it in an authentic way, whether that’s through conversations, group chats, or social media. From my experience in Ad Club and working on campaigns like Snarf’s anniversary, I’ve learned that people engage more when something feels like a trend rather than an ad. So I’d focus on building that initial buzz.I’d also create simple, low-effort ways for people to try it—like quick demos, showing how I use it in my daily life, or even tying it into something they already care about like classes, events, or staying connected with friends. My experience in customer service has taught me that people are much more open when you make things easy and approachable. Finally, I’d keep the momentum going by listening to feedback and adjusting how I promote it. Whether it’s through conversations or small events, I’d focus on building real engagement so it doesn’t just feel like a one-time push, but something that actually sticks on campus.

How would you engage your campus community to effectively promote a brand?

On campus, I’m involved in Ad Club and Adobe Creative Club, where I spend a lot of time thinking about how to make brands stand out and actually connect with people. I really enjoy taking an idea and figuring out how to turn it into something people get excited about. For example, in Ad Club I worked on a campaign for Snarf’s Sandwiches’ 30th anniversary, where we focused on building hype and getting people engaged with the brand in a fun, community-driven way. That experience showed me how powerful creative promotion can be when it feels authentic. Outside of school, I’ve worked in customer-facing roles where I’m constantly talking to new people, recommending products, and creating positive experiences. I’ve also done community outreach through Chick-fil-A and the Mayor’s Youth Council, which helped me get comfortable engaging with different groups and building real connections. I naturally enjoy being social, starting conversations, and sharing things I’m excited about—especially when it comes to brands, fitness, and lifestyle. I see being a campus ambassador as more than just promoting something—it’s about creating energy around it and making it feel like part of campus culture.
