Which social media platform do you think best suits property management marketing and why?
Facebook because there are so many people using that platform, including those who would be willing to buy property. The business groups have lots of wealthy members, so by posting in those groups, the property would get lots of meaningful exposure. There is also the facebook marketplace where things can be listed and sold.

How would you increase engagement on a social media page with low interaction?
I would leverage recent trends to make the page more interactive, add hooks to the start of all the short form content, and ask the viewers questions to get them to engage with the content.
