Operations Intern — Account Management & Coordination

Describe a time you coordinated a project or event successfully.
During the Push Forward Project, I would consistently have to manage events. This included managing locations, food trucks, clients, partners, and delegating with other nonprofit owners. The biggest event I coordinated during this time was the event in which we partnered with Canes and Chillin Nitrogen Ice Cream at the University of Miami. We had stands set up with free merchandise and ice cream to spread the word about our message.

Have you had any account management experience or worked in an agency?
I have had significant account management experience. I currently manage the LinkedIn account for a VA/MEP Engineering company called Suarez Assistants and also have managed the Tiktok and Instagram for The Push Forward Project, a self-made nonprofit that flips the script on skating culture.

Do you prefer a work environment with more ambiguity/freedom or clear instructions?
Although I prefer to have clear instructions in a work environment, I also appreciate being able to schedule myself. Particularly for this Part-Time job, I'd want to be able to have some control over when I am completing my 20 hours/week.
