How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I think the most important aspect of holding members accountable is communication. Without properly communication deadlines there is no way you can expect someone to complete their tasks on time. That being said explaining expectations in depth is the best way to hold people accountable on the jobs they need to complete.
