Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.

After creators are identified, reached out to, and then are interested in working with the brand, I'd send them their agreement terms for # of posts/compensation/etc and a content brief to help them understand what the brand is looking for. The most important part of this is to collaborate with the team internally to ensure we have all necessary documents on hand to make the onboarding process efficient.

How would you identify influencers that align with a brand’s values?

First off, I would review the brand's values and use the criteria there to search for influencers on various platforms (TikTok/Reddit/Instagram/etc). I'd place priority focus on creators with UGC experience already, but the most important part is that they fit the vibe the brand is going for!
