do you have experience analyzing sales data?
Yes, I do, mostly from school and projects. In economics classes I have done basic econometrics work, like using Excel to look at how changes in price or ads affect sales and running simple regressions and making charts. In chemistry and engineering labs I am used to working with messy data, cleaning it up, finding patterns, and explaining what the numbers mean. I am comfortable working with spreadsheets, averages, trends, and simple models to help make decisions based on data.

Describe your experience collaborating with sales teams.
I have not worked on a formal corporate sales team yet, but I have worked closely with people in “sales type” roles in school projects and jobs. In group projects, I was often the person helping turn technical ideas into simple points that someone could actually pitch or present, so I had to listen to what the “sales” side needed and adjust the plan. I am used to checking in often, sharing quick updates, and asking what they need from me to make their job easier. I also feel comfortable taking feedback and changing my work fast if it helps the overall goal of getting people interested in the product.

How would you boost retail product visibility with limited resources?
With limited resources, I would focus on a few simple things that actually help products get noticed and bought. First, I would pick one or two main products and make sure they look really good in store and online. That means clear text like “instant bold look, no mess,” good photos, and a short how-to. I would also try to work with store staff and real customers. I would give beauty associates a short cheat sheet or quick video so they know what Fazit is and how to explain it. Online, I would encourage small creators and shoppers to post looks using Fazit and say where to buy it, like Walmart or CVS. If we have a small ad budget, I would test tiny campaigns where the products already sell well, see what actually works, and then put more effort into those things only.
