How do you ensure accuracy when managing multiple details in your work?
I rely on a simple, repeatable system:
One master checklist for every project (Google Sheets) — nothing lives only in my head.
Break big tasks into tiny, stupidly specific line items so nothing gets assumed.
Double-check phase: I finish, walk away 5–10 minutes, then review again with fresh eyes.
Cross-verify with the source (Dates, names, prices, etc.) every single time — never trust memory.
Before posting or sending, I ask myself out loud: “If this was wrong, would I be embarrassed?” If yes, I check again.
This system keeps mistakes near zero.
