  1. Creating and nurturing relationships with the creator. The point is not to treat them as one time projects but to foster a durable and loyal relationship with them

  2. As far as possible, make them feel special. Allowing them first looks at new products before everyine else, inviting them to VIP events and behind the scenes access

  3. Actively listening and asking for their feedback. Any kind of advice is always good news !

Managing influencers Involves a lot of moving parts. How do you stay organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks?

Being an older sister, organisation is a skill that I have mastered. Whether it is through excel tables to keep track of the data, or using tools like Airtable, Notion, or Asana to track influencer outreach, gifting status, deadlines, and content approvals. I track deadlines thoroughly and I maintain a regular communication with the content creator to get his output on the project

Gifting programs can be hit or miss. What strategies DO YOU USE TO ENCOURAGE influencers TO post, and how do you measure success?

  1. Before gifting the program to the creator, I make sure to create and foster a relationship with them in order to ensure that it is a genuine partnership

  2. Then, personalizing the gift to make sure the influencer feel more special and exclusive. By including a special hand written card from the team

  3. Actually caring about their feedback on the product and their marketing advice, after all they are the clients !

  4. Being laid back with the conditions of contents, meaning allowing them some freedom in the online collaboration so that they can remain authentic to their viewers.

  5. Reposting them on the brand's account !

  6. and for the check up : looking at the post rate (The percentage of influencers who actually post about the gifted product). Engagement Metrics – Likes, comments, shares, and saves on their posts featuring the product. Referral Traffic & Sales – Using trackable links, discount codes, or UTM parameters to measure direct impact. Earned Media Value – Comparing the organic reach and engagement to what a paid campaign would have cost. Brand Sentiment – Monitoring how the audience reacts in comments and whether the influencer’s community is engaging positively.
