Describe your experience coordinating with influencers.
While I haven’t directly coordinated with influencers, I have experience as a brand ambassador where I represented a brand on campus and engaged my community, which required similar skills in communication, relationship-building, and campaign execution. Additionally, my leadership roles on school eboards have given me experience coordinating teams, planning events, and managing multiple moving parts, skills that translate directly to organizing influencer collaborations and ensuring campaigns run smoothly. These experiences have taught me how to connect with different audiences, manage outreach, and bring creative ideas to life in a structured way.

I want to be an influencer coordinator because I love connecting brands with creators in ways that feel authentic and impactful. I enjoy researching, identifying, and building relationships with influencers whose content aligns with a brand’s story, then helping bring campaigns to life creatively, whether through collaborations, activations, or content strategy. It’s the perfect blend of organization, strategy, and creativity, and I’m excited by the opportunity to help a brand grow its community while creating experiences that resonate with real people.

I would find influencers that align with the Flings brand through extensive research, starting with identifying creators whose content, style, and audience naturally reflect the brand’s values and aesthetic. I’d use tools like TikTok Creator Marketplace, Instagram Explore, and hashtag research to discover potential matches, while also analyzing their engagement, authenticity, and past collaborations to ensure they can genuinely connect with Flings’ audience and amplify the brand in an authentic, creative way.
