Creator Sourcing Intern

pager Profile Image

Please brainstorm three avenues you'd utilize to engage and source new creators for the pager platform.

My first avenue would be to go straight to most popular user apps such as Instagram and Tik Tok to find potential creators for the platform. Since our own person fyp on those apps can be skewed it is essential to create accounts that takes into consideration different audience demographics to then find different creators. Secondly it is important to do a deep dive of the type of content those creators produce and their followers by looking at what they produce but also who these creators publicly support in terms of brands. This tactic can give us a broader scope of their image that will inform us of their potential on this specific pager platform. Thirdly, engagement is necessary, so a well constructed email to their business accounts or even a dm is a great way to start a connection. Within the email or dm I think it’s important to include current creators on the pager platform and their success. I think with kind and knowledgeable words these three avenues are ways I would personally engage and source new creators. This would be a daily activity as trends rise and fall in a unpredictable manner. Overall, my main goal would be that this pager platforms identity stays the same but is receptive to change in terms of sourcing a variety of creators representative of the diverse following it reaches.
